Advantum Corporate Finance (www.advantum.eu) and Core Consulting USA LLC (www.coreconsultingusa.com) [jointly “ACCU”] combine their proven expertise in special situations investing and sports management to support institutional and high net worth private investors in acquiring and managing underperforming hotel, leisure & sports complexes.

Focus

The key focus is on larger hotel properties with existing golf, tennis and other recreational facilities. Furthermore, ACCU establishes public-private partnerships in order to take over, refinance and operate tennis courts and/or golf courses. ACC is also sourcing, screening and brokering established (yet underperforming) franchises in team sports, in particular soccer, both in Europe and the US.

Advantum Corporate Finance (“ACF”) has been founded in 2002 and has established itself as one of the leading sponsors for the sale & purchase of hotel, leisure & entertainment assets in Europe, particularly in special situations and under time pressure. ACF has established offices & operations in Berlin, Tallinn and Miami.

The founding partner of ACF, T. Markus Schauerte, has permanently relocated to Miami in 2020. Before setting up ACF, Markus has worked for Morgan Stanley, UBS and Lincoln International, both in investment and private banking.

Core Consulting

Core Consulting USA LLC (“CCU”) is led by Eric Rebhuhn. Eric has worked extensively for the past 20 years in the fields of athletics and education. His effective strategies for allocation of resources, fundraising, team building & performance, recruitment, and overall improvement have gained him an exceptional reputation.

Prior to starting CCU, Eric had an excellent track record of success in managing sports franchises. Under Eric’s leadership, his SJU men’s tennis team was able to capture three-straight BIG EAST Championships and three-straight NCAA Tournament berths, the first-ever berths in program history
